Submission of Paper

The author designated as the corresponding or submitting author submits the paper to the journal, through online systems, or submit via email.

Submission of Paper

The Editorial Member reviews the paper to ensure it aligns with the guidelines outlined in the journal's Author Guidelines. The assessment of the paper's quality is not conducted at this stage.

Editorial Member Assessment

The Editor-in-Chief evaluates the paper, taking into account its scope, originality, and merits. It is possible for the EiC to reject the paper during the assessment.

Appraisal by the Editor-in-Chief (EIC)

The handling editor extends invitations to individuals deemed suitable for reviewing. Additional invitations are sent as responses are received, ensuring the necessary number of reviewers is obtained if needed.

Invitation to Reviewers

The reviewer allocates dedicated time for multiple readings of the paper. The initial read is focused on forming an initial impression of the work. If significant issues are identified at this stage, the reviewer may consider rejecting the paper without further assessment. Otherwise, subsequent readings are undertaken, accompanied by note-taking to craft a comprehensive point-by-point review. The finalized review, along with the reviewer's recommendation (such as revising, accepting, or rejecting the paper), is then submitted to the journal.

Review is Conducted

The editor communicates the decision to the author via email, providing pertinent reviewer comments for the author's consideration in revising the manuscript according to the feedback received.

The Decision is Communicated

If accepted, the paper is sent to production after the approval from reviewer on the suggested comments. If the article is rejected or sent back for either major or minor revision, the handling editor should include constructive comments from the reviewers to help the author improve the article.
